The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing for better CTR & conversions.Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.Manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI within allocated spend.Implement remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices in paid advertising.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.Knowledge of SEO basics, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking is a plus.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Preferred).
