About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEM / PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in managing medium to large advertising budgets, and a proven ability to drive measurable ROI. Knowledge of SEO/SMO will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and competitor analysis to maximize performance.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term PPC strategies to meet client/business goals.
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets, bids, quality scores, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content/SEO team to optimize landing pages for better ROI.
  • Run A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and campaign structures.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEM/paid advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide creative suggestions for ad copy, creatives, and campaign structuring.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to align campaigns with larger digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in SEM/PPC campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing medium to high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for PPC, SEM, and digital marketing.

Education

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Not mandatory, but an added advantage
