They will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling relationships with key stakeholders including universities, education consultancies, overseas student agents, and loan/finance partners.Main Responsibilities:Define and Implement Partnership Strategy: Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with our business growth objectives.Partner Identification and Onboarding: Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across various sectors.Business Case Development: Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. They will be able to drive data-informed decisions and have a proven analytical mindset.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.At least 7-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
