IT Teacher (Std I–VIII)Position: IT TeacherSalary: 20k - 22kLocation: Salunkhe Vihar Campus Role OverviewThe IT Teacher will be responsible for teaching computer skills to students from Std I to VIII, ensuring they develop strong digital literacy, safe online practices and age-appropriate technological competencies.Key Responsibilities-Teach IT/computer classes as per the curriculum for Std I–VIII-Introduce students to basic computer operations, typing, Microsoft Office, Google tools and safe internet use-Teach age-appropriate digital creativity tools and simple programming concepts (where applicable)-Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and student progress reports-Maintain computer lab equipment, ensure safe usage and report any technical issues-Support the integration of technology in classroom teaching across subjects-Assist the school data centre team -Ensure discipline, safety and proper conduct during computer lab sessionsSkills & Requirements-Good command of computer applications, typing and basic troubleshooting-Knowledge of educational software -Strong communication and classroom management skills-Ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners-Organized, patient and child-friendly approachQualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field-Certifications in computer applications or coding (preferred)-Prior experience teaching IT in a school setting is an advantage
