Job Title: Revenue ManagerDepartment: MarketingLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaWebsite: raho.co.inJob Overview: We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Revenue Manager to assist in managing and optimizing our property listings across various OTAs. This is a critical support role that ensures all rates, inventory, and content are accurate and synced in real time across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and others.Key responsibilities:🔗 OTA Management & ExecutionUpload and manage room rates, availability, and restrictions across all online travel agents (OTAs).Ensure accurate, real-time updates via channel management software (e.g., STAAH, RateGain).Troubleshoot errors related to sync failures, overbookings, or price mismatches.🧾 Listing & Content SupportMaintain high-quality listings with updated photos, amenities, policies, and descriptions.Monitor and implement OTA content guidelines to improve ranking and visibility.Flag missing or outdated content to relevant teams.📊 Daily Monitoring & ReportingMonitor daily bookings, cancellations, and availability updates.Share daily reports on occupancy, rate parity, and channel performance with relevant stakeholders.Track and escalate any OTA-related issues that affect sales or guest experience.📞 Coordination & SupportCommunicate with OTA support teams or account managers for listing enhancements or issue resolution.Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams for promo execution, blackout dates, or content changes.Assist in onboarding new homestay partners or properties to OTAs.Requirement1–3 years of experience in hospitality or OTA operations.Familiarity with channel managers (e.g., STAAH, Cloudbeds, RateGain).Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Basic understanding of OTA platforms like Airbnb, MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.Preferred Skills:Experience with PMS tools or dynamic pricing software is a plus.Good communication skills to coordinate across teams and with partners.Ability to work with high volumes of data and multiple properties.Veena-recruiter@raho.co.in
