As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the enrollment of brokers and agents, ensuring they become active participants in our platform.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential brokers/agents through online/offline channels, networking events, and referrals.
Onboarding & Training: Convince brokers/agents to join AcreFeet, explain the benefits, and ensure they understand platform functionalities.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers/agents to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment targets, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from brokers/agents to enhance platform features and improve their experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create tailored campaigns and resources for brokers/agents.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on enrollment metrics, challenges, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or a related field.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry, especially broker/agent workflows.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
