As a key member of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work closely with the founder to
drive strategic initiatives ,
oversee internal audits , and spearhead
new product development and expansion efforts . This role is perfect for a proactive generalist with a strong interest in real estate, co-living spaces, and business strategy.Key Responsibilities
Strategic ProjectsAct as the founder's
eyes and ears , ensuring alignment across teams and projects.Manage and execute high-priority projects related to growth, operations, and internal improvements.Expansion & Property AcquisitionConduct market research and feasibility studies for
new co-living properties .Support due diligence processes for property acquisitions and partnerships.Assist in evaluating potential markets and strategies for
geographical expansion .Internal Audit & Process OptimizationOversee periodic internal audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Work across departments to streamline workflows and establish best practices.New Product DevelopmentCollaborate with the team to conceptualize and set up
new co-living offerings
or revenue streams.Research customer trends and feedback to ensure innovation aligns with market needs.Reporting & InsightsPrepare data-driven reports and insights for the founder to guide decision-making.Monitor KPIs across departments and ensure business goals are met.What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2-4 years in consulting, real estate, strategy, or startup environments.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).Strong problem-solving skills with a
generalist mindset
