The company is already the largest employer of interior designers in the country. Livspace currently serves Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India including - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada.


Livspace has showcased phenomenal growth since its launch, having delivered over 125,000 rooms and selling over 7.5 million SKUs through its platform. The company also delivered 50,000 homes across all our serviceable locations.

We are looking for a talented Growth Manager to take the lead on digital channel revenue growth strategies for city. Your main duties include monitoring & running experiments across the digital funnel right from digital demand generation, lead qualification, improving experience center visits, sales conversion leading to improved revenue.


If you’re interested to work at intersection of performance marketing, pre-sales, sales, product development, and data analysis to identify opportunities for growing revenue and implement strategies to achieve them we would like to meet you


Responsibilities


Sales Conversion Strategy

  • Monitoring sales conversion for city including month on month growth across different business units. Incase of anomalies find reasons and report to higher management
  • Identify opportunities & execute experiments for revenue and sales growth

Experience Center Visit Strategy

  • Closely work with sales to monitor & improve footfalls across various experience center in city
  • Understand levers like follow-up time, pitch improvement, right supply & demand matching so as to increase footfall and revenue

Demand Intelligence and Forecast

  • Understand and forecast demand based on previous years data analysis, property sales and handover reports and demand generated through various channels
  • Understand customer persona and behavioral patterns leads to improvement in EC visits and conversion

Data Analysis

  • Analyze, Measure, Report data across various digital touchpoints to monitor revenue performance & bookings and uncover area of improvement at various stages of funnel
  • Set up the technical foundations and metric tracking for various stages of customer journey for in funnel customers

Experimentation

  • Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate conversions at different stages of customer journey
  • Create frameworks and processes for end-to-end experiment execution and scale-up in case of experiment success

Customer Focus

  • Connect directly or conduct surveys through various tools with customers to receive their feedback on user experience, which helps influence new marketing strategies going forward
  • Improve customer experiences by improving business process which ultimately lead to greater customer satisfaction & build awareness company leading to improvement in conversion


Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing & Revenue Generation
  • Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment.
  • Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
