Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Hotel Relations)

Department: Customer Support Executive


Job Overview:

Finkraft.ai are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves liaising with hotels to ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of customer support processes, and a passion for delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Coordination: Align and schedule meetings with hotel partners to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Invoice Management: Collect invoices from hotels and ensure accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with hotel representatives to foster trust and smooth collaboration.

Data Management: Ensure all relevant hotel details, meeting schedules, and invoice information are logged accurately in the system.

Reporting: Assist in generating regular reports on hotel performance, invoice status, and customer support metrics.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client management roles.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and a Regional Language (depending on the region of operation) is mandatory.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with hotel partners and internal teams.


Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), with basic knowledge of CRM software or customer support tools being a plus.
