Trusted by global leaders like Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Tata Group, and Coca-Cola, we’re scaling rapidly and looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive investor branding, talent acquisition branding, and enterprise sales outreach with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Branding:
• Create compelling decks and campaigns to showcase Finkraft’s traction and client successes.
• Manage PR, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to engage potential investors.
2. Talent Branding:
• Develop employer branding campaigns targeting premium talent pools.
• Use LinkedIn ads and vendor collaborations for immediate impact in recruitment.
3. Enterprise Sales Support:
• Enable B2B lead generation through impactful digital campaigns.
• Collaborate on content like case studies, pitch decks, and whitepapers for enterprise clients.
4. Vendor Management:
• Engage and manage specialist marketing agencies for PR, recruitment branding, and digital outreach.
5. Metrics-Driven Focus:
• Monitor KPIs like engagement rates, hiring conversions, and sales lead quality.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years in B2B marketing with experience in investor relations, talent acquisition, and enterprise sales support.
• Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and driving results.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
• Strong copywriting and project management skills.
