Key Role in Shaping Legal FrameworkThis role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive legal strategy to support the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating complex agreements, working across multiple jurisdictions, and advising on key issues such as privacy, AI, and intellectual property.The Job DescriptionDraft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to drive revenue growth while protecting company interests.Identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical mitigations.Counsel internal teams on complex legal positions, translating them into actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Stay up-to-date on emerging legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation, briefing leadership on potential risks.RequirementsA qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, preferably in a tech or fast-growth environment.Experience in US commercial contracting, ideally with enterprise sales expertise.Strong negotiation skills, confident when dealing with large customers and procurement teams.Adept at counseling on privacy and IP issues, including data transfer and AI-related matters.A strategic thinker who can balance drafting complex contracts with advising executives.A clear communicator who can effectively convey ideas without drama.Able to thrive in ambiguity, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy solving complex legal puzzles.Benefits and OpportunitiesDevelop templates and playbooks that streamline operations.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.Contribute to shaping the legal framework of a rapidly growing organization.
