AI Sales ProfessionalWe're building a dynamic team of sales professionals who can drive growth and enhance customer experience.The ideal candidate is driven, curious, and creative, with a passion for sales and a knack for thinking differently.Prospect and engage North American small businesses via calls, emails, and other outreach methods.Leverage in-depth knowledge of our AI solution to pitch it with clarity and confidence.Take ownership of your sales pipeline – from outreach to booked meetings.Achieve 20+ qualified meetings per month.Collaborate closely with founders on messaging and strategy.To be successful, you'll need:1-3 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience (preferably in the US or global market).A deep understanding of sales as a craft, rather than a checklist.The ability to write compelling emails and handle rejection with confidence.A high degree of autonomy and a willingness to take ownership of results.A desire to grow into an Account Executive role within 6-12 months.Comfort working US hours (6 PM - 3 AM IST).We're not looking for clock-punchers.
