Job Opportunity for Medical AssistantWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized medical assistant to join our team. As a medical assistant, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing medical reports, and maintaining patient records.Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical assessments, including interviews with clients via phone or video conference.Manage electronic medical records, reports, and case files in a secure and confidential manner.Prepare and process various forms and documents related to client programs.Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.Assist with tasks related to participant enrollment, Medicaid, government waiver approvals, client benefits, compliance, insurance, and billing.Requirements:Fluency in reading, speaking, and understanding English is required.A bachelor's degree is necessary.At least one year of experience working in a medical administrative role is preferred.Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and medical terminologies is essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications is also required.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive compensation package.How to Apply:Submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, through our website.Our recruitment team will review your application and contact you to discuss further.
