The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create designs that effectively convey brand messages across both digital and print platforms.You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets that engage our audience and elevate the brand identity. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to advance their career in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Roles & Responsibilities:• Illustration production consistent with established brand design guidelines.• Development of graphic assets, including banners, promotions, and Ads.• Tracking of all assignments and deliverables in the Cadence work request system.• Communication and collaboration with team management and internal clients.• Maintenance of a library of InDesign collateral templates.• Archiving of all production assets for retrieval and re-use.• Strong creative skills with the ability to concept, design, and execute.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field5 years+ of professional experience in graphic designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and with any 3D and motion graphics tool, with other design toolsKnowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principlesExperience designing for digital platforms (web and social media)Excellent communication and time management skillsA strong portfolio showcasing creative design projectsSkills:Expertise using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mustKnowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plusBasic understanding of UI/UX design principlesExperience establishing print specifications, preparing files and releasing them to printers, reviewing proofs and communicating corrections, and attending press checks.What We Offer:Opportunity for immense career growth and development.A collaborative and creative work environment.Competitive Remuneration.Opportunity to work closely with an established & reputed clientele.If you are passionate and truly skilled at branding, graphic design and are ready to make an impact, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the perfect candidate for this role to divya@thehypestudio.com and hr@thehypestudio.comApplication Deadline: 3-12-2025
