Roles & Responsibilities: • Converting creative briefs into compelling design for our target audience. • Planning and managing all stages of the design projects. • Keen sense of Layout & Composition and Typography. • Basic Vector graphics, Motion Graphics & Illustration skills. • Critical thinking & best articulation of brand value. • Grasp over textual & visual content creation. • Conduct multiple iterations based on the team feedback and Brand Communication • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the best turnaround time. • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images - Brand guidelines. • Continuously improve the existing designs by bringing the best possible output. Requirements Prerequisites: • Should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects. • Proven experience on Adobe Suite - proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. • Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. • Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with external clients. • Great at managing time with multi -tasking ability. • Any graduate or non -graduate with relevant field experience.
