These values guide us in everything we do, and is reflected in our employeesand the products we build togetherKey Responsibilities:We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer with extensive experience in producinghigh-quality motion graphics and animations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofdelivering visually stunning content and leading creative projects. You will work closely with ourmarketing and design teams, mentoring junior designers and contributing to the overall visual strategyof our brand.Leadership and Mentorship:● Lead and mentor a team of motion graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, andsupport to enhance their skills and performance.● Oversee the development and execution of motion graphics projects, ensuringhigh-quality output and adherence to deadlines.Creative Direction:● Develop and execute creative concepts for motion graphics and animations that align withour brand and marketing objectives.● Provide creative direction and input on visual style, composition, and pacing.Collaboration:● Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, targetaudience, and campaign goals.● Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive andimpactful visual content.Advanced Motion Graphics:● Design and produce advanced motion graphics, animations, and video content for variousmarketing channels, including social media, websites, and presentations.● Utilise industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator,and Photoshop.Quality Assurance:● Review and refine motion graphics to ensure the highest quality output.● Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets projectspecifications.Requirements & Skills:● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.● 5-7 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production, preferably inthe marketing technology or AI SaaS industry.● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of advanced motion graphics and animation projects.● Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevantsoftware.● Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of composition, colour theory,and typography.● Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of designers.● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.● Strong communication and leadership skills
