Senior Graphic Designer Agency: Running Water Creative Studio Experience Required: 4–7 Years (Agency Experience Preferred) Type: Full-time 🔶 Position Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-working Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design projects, guide juniors, and deliver high-quality visuals for branding, social media, packaging, campaigns, and print. This role requires someone who understands brand strategy + aesthetics + deadlines and can convert ideas into visually powerful designs. 🔶 Key Responsibilities 🎨 Creative & Design Work Create high-quality designs for branding, packaging, social media, brochures, catalogs, posters, and advertisements . Develop brand identities , color palettes, typography, and design systems. Create creative concepts for campaigns, reels, hoardings, and digital advertisements. Design marketing materials for both print & digital mediums. Ensure all design outputs follow brand guidelines and deliver consistent visual identity. 🧩 Leadership & Team Collaboration Guide, mentor & review work of junior designers. Take ownership of project concepts from start to final delivery. Collaborate with creative director, project managers, content team, and clients. Handle design feedback professionally and rework creatively. ⚙ Tools & Technical Skills Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro (bonus) Ability to create and edit mockups, print-ready files, packaging keylines Understanding of print processes, materials, and color corrections. 📋 Project Management Work within deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Take complete responsibility for design output, revisions, and quality. Present concepts & rationale to clients when needed.
