About the RoleWe're seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to join our fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about identifying and scaling new growth initiatives.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition by optimizing existing channels, exploring new growth vectors, and executing rapid experimentation. The focus is on driving relevant user acquisition for web and app platforms in the US Market across Math, Language, and Music categories.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience driving growth initiatives in a fast-paced startup or technology environment. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and be comfortable with spreadsheet analysis (Excel/Google Sheets). Basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing are also essential.New Growth Channels:Research and test new user acquisition channels to identify opportunities for growth.Develop and execute pilot programs with defined metrics to measure success.Analyze data to recommend channels to scale or drop based on performance.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels):Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows to boost efficiency and return on investment.Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams to optimize performance and customer lifetime value.Experimentation:Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels to drive continuous improvement.Execute experiments using testing tools to inform business decisions.Document hypotheses, results, and insights to support data-driven decision making.Data & Reporting:Own tracking setup and data accuracy to ensure reliable insights.Build dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions) to stakeholders.Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks, informing strategic decisions.
