Lead Interior Fit-Out and Design Projects

Job Title: Project LeaderThis role involves overseeing the delivery of interior fit-out and design projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Mobilization- Develop comprehensive project plans, aligned with client objectives.- Coordinate the finalization of designs, statutory approvals, and mobilization readiness.- Conduct thorough risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies for time, cost, and quality.Project Execution & Monitoring- Drive day-to-day project execution and monitor progress through defined milestones and reports.- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and standards (NBC/NFPA/IGBC as applicable).- Review and control construction quality at every stage, including mock-ups, material inspections, and workmanship audits.Cost, Quality & Compliance Control- Validate budgets, GFC drawings, and contractor billing checkpoints.- Implement compliance frameworks across all project activities.- Monitor adherence to approved budgets, variation controls, and change management processes.Client & Stakeholder Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications.- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure coordination between clients, landlords, consultants, and internal teams.- Provide regular project updates through reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
