Technical Documentation SpecialistAbout MAXVAL:We aim to deliver high-quality products and services by leveraging efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement through data-driven processes.Responsibilities:Develop well-structured technical documentation for user manuals, installation guides, SOPs, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.Update legacy documents to meet our technical writing standards.Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA teams, and SMEs to gather accurate technical content.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align documentation with development cycles.Organize information using structured or topic-based authoring methods, adhering to style and compliance standards.Conduct peer reviews and SME reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across documentation sets.Manage documentation repositories via CMS, version control systems, and enforce robust versioning standards.Provide editorial support to junior writers and content contributors.Required Skills & Experience:5-9 years of experience in technical writing within software/technology domains.Proficiency with MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Help Authoring Tools like RoboHelp, HelpSmith.Experience with Salesforce domain is an advantage.Agile/Scrum methodologies and synchronization of documentation with sprint plans experience.Structured (DITA/XML) or topic-based authoring approaches experience.Version control systems (Git, SVN) and collaborative platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, Jira experience.Strong interpersonal skills to interview and interact effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple documentation projects in fast-paced environments.Video creation and content/marketing content experience are advantages.Education:Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Excellent written/verbal communication skills, clarity, grammar, structure, and style.
