Job Title: Expert Workday Solutions SpecialistAbout the Role:We are looking for a seasoned expert in Workday solutions to join our team. As an Expert Workday Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing work, collaborating with leads and teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring timely project delivery.About You:To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical and functional skills across various areas of Workday, including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll. Your thorough knowledge of Workday's configuration build and migration concepts is essential.You should also possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and features. Experience working in a global remote team environment is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements for clients' absence or time tracking needs.Collaborate with architects and analysts to clarify client requirements and achieve consensus on priorities.Design Workday solutions that meet client needs.Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned module.Configure Workday based on provided workbooks.Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of delivered work and review peers' work.Assist clients with application testing and provide key support in feature releases, security, and UAT.Provide production support and assist with migration activities and rollout into the production environment.Take timely action to address stakeholder needs and expectations.Identify and manage issue resolution, escalating as needed.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience.B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BSc degree.Strong knowledge of Workday, particularly in the area of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.Excellent technical and functional skills across various areas of Workday.Experience working in a global remote team environment is a plus.What We Offer:As an Expert Workday Solutions Specialist, you will enjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.Apply Now:If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the world of Workday solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
