Role Overview

We are seeking a Delegate & Speaker Acquisition Executive to drive participation at AIM Media House's international events and conferences. You will be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring that each event delivers a high-value experience with the right mix of industry leaders.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships

with senior executives. It is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community

engagement in the B2B events space.

Key Responsibilities

● Delegate Acquisition

○ Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology

domains.

○ Drive registrations for AIM Media House's international conferences and forums.

Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email, LinkedIn,

and calls.

● Speaker Acquisition

○ Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable

for event agendas.

○ Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-

caliber speakers.

○ Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.

● Community Engagement

○ Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for

future events.

○ Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a

seamless pre-event experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

● 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for

events/conferences.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level

executives.

● Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.

● Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calling).

● Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
