Job OverviewWe are seeking a Remote Sales Specialist to conduct consultative sessions with interested clients regarding our hormonal nutrition program.This is an advisory sales role that does not involve clinical consultations. All leads are warm and pre-qualified.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled Zoom meetings daily with qualified prospects to discuss their goals, challenges, and needs.Present suitable options and guide clients to make informed decisions without providing medical advice.Maintain complete CRM notes, follow-ups, and documentation within 24 hours.Follow approved scripts, pricing guidelines, and maintain compliance with data privacy protocols.Collaborate with the Marketing and Client Success teams to enhance client experience.RequirementsStrong verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is an asset).Prior experience in consultative or inside sales, preferably in health, wellness, coaching, or education sectors.Confidence on camera and comfort conducting structured online meetings.Professional conduct, empathy, and respect for client confidentiality.Reliable home-office setup: quiet workspace, high-speed internet, HD webcam, headset.Consistency, self-motivation, and openness to coaching and feedback.As a successful candidate, you will be well-suited for this opportunity if you possess excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
