Manager Performance Marketing – E-commerce (Amazon ads – AMS/Flipkart ads)Role Overview: -Preliminary product research, keyword research and implementing them organically and inorganicallyResponsible for day-to-day marketplace activities (including Amazon and Flipkart Ads). Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, etc.Plan, create and manage Amazon sponsored ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Stores, Video ads etc) campaigns on Amazon Seller Central by formulating strategies and road map for successful delivery of PPC campaignsProvide strategic insights on the campaign performance. Staying on top of current search trends, competition and pay-per-click best practicesBe responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities,Oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads and other relevant marketplaces.Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for the marketplace, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, insights, and proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or online marketplaces.Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications/ RequirementsAny Graduate with a strong background in performance marketing, including experience running ads on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and other such related platforms.Have hands-on knowledge of AMS Dashboard.Have experience in managing to advertise spending upwards of 15 Lacs/month.Job Location: Chandigarh
