Lead the team responsible for managing the Employee Services, C&B administration & recruitment admin processesb. Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processesc. Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideasd. Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholderse. Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with the client team & Process ownersf. Work closely with client/Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in Indiag.
