Strategic Procurement Manager
Shift Timing- US- Night
Location- Uppal- Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities
As a Category Strategic Procurement, you will focus on checking necessary compliance in every PR raised by business and also to find savings opportunities in applicable requests. Maintaining strong relations with clients is crucial and also ensuring that there is a good understanding of procurement ERPs for good quality data / reports to be maintained. Adherence to agreed TAT is crucial for this profile and also must cater to last moment change requests in the PR.
Create Global /Regional bids folder in SharePoint/Teams per standard file structure
Basic market research – supplier identification, global footprint, etc.
Prepare and publish updates to event scope loaded in the RFX Tool
Survey Regional/Metro Coverage and available capacity to support RFx requirements, collect and analyze data of new suppliers)
Data analysis and interpretation (Executive summaries, etc.)
Creation, tracking and updating of documents and communication logs.
Track SLAs and KPIs for supplier performance monitoring
Preferred candidate profile
0 - 12 years of basic transactional procurement experience
Hands on experience on Coupa (preference) /ARIBA or similar systems for procurement /CRM tools will be an added advantage
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerBI, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
