Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition intern to handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet the organization’s goals. The core aspect of the role is managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, calling candidates, and Interview coordination. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential talent, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates. Sourcing Candidates: Identify suitable candidates by using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach strategies. Screening Resumes: Conduct initial resume screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements. Shortlist candidates for further interviews based on pre-determined criteria. Candidate Interaction & Calling: Reach out to potential candidates via phone or email to explain job opportunities and evaluate interest. Conduct basic phone interviews to assess skills, availability, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Recruitment Coordination: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates. Reporting & Metrics: Track sourcing efforts, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress. Provide regular recruitment status reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and timely follow-ups. Key measures of success: Sourcing Effectiveness Time to Hire Quality of Hire The volume of Roles Closed Offer to Join the ratio Key Competencies: Ownership of Action and Results Customer Centricity Process Centricity Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). Experience: 0-6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Skills: Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and basic ATS tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
