**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Develop and implement effective international recruitment strategies to attract top talent from various countries.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and stay updated on global recruitment trends.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions as needed.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to international hiring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Assist with visa and work permit processes for international hires.
- **Employer Branding**:

- Participate in international job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to enhance the company's presence in the global talent market.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
