Role: Sr BDMLocation: Anywhere in IndiaWorking hours: 6PM IST to 2 AM IST (Nightshift)Key Responsibilities:Identify key client stakeholders in target accounts and build relationships.Collaborate with Tech Mahindra service lines to develop and present solution pitches.Track trade and publicity events to engage with target stakeholders.Work with internal bid management and competency teams to support RFPs and proactive proposals.Provide client partner support for new account acquisitions.Achieve revenue and margin targets for assigned accounts.Work with various partners e.g. Hyperscalars, ERPs to identify and present joint pitches to clientsRequired Qualification -Experience in sales, including client servicing, account management, and pre-sales.Proven hunting experience, with the ability to reach out and build relationships with client stakeholders, even without prior connections or relationships with Tech Mahindra.Expertise in the communications domain, including communications service providers, fiber backbone providers, and satellite corporations.Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify solutions, package them, and present them to clients.Skilled in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information).Knowledge of various operating and financial models
