We are currently seeking an ambitious leader to spearhead our expansion efforts in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our channels, monitoring retail outlets and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Drive growth by identifying opportunities for channel expansion in the catchment territory.Monitor and optimize the performance of retail outlets within the assigned territory.Pursue acquisition and revenue targets through effective inbound and outbound strategies.Develop and execute plans to operationalize all Jio points within a Jio Centre.Oversee the performance of preferred outlets within the territory.Guarantee world-class customer satisfaction at Jio Points.Ensure impeccable hygiene and governance standards at Jio Points.Maximize team productivity and manage personnel effectively.Assess, evaluate and provide training to team members and channel partners.Required skills: Familiarity with the territory, distribution management expertise, people management capabilities, communication skills, negotiation and influencing abilities, problem-solving prowess, process orientation
