Role and Responsibilities:

Donor Engagement and Management:

  • Support the management and updating of donor engagement strategies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documents for donor communication and impact assessment.
  • Maintain and update the donor repository and online reporting portals. Proposal and Presentation Development.

Proposal and Presentation Development:

  • Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations for prospective donors. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Maintain an organized e-library of fundraising materials.
  • Prospect Database Management:
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the prospect database.
  • Assist in managing the prospect pipeline, including follow-ups and CRM data entry.
  • Generate reports and MIS from CRM systems as needed.

Prospect Outreach:

  • Assist in managing the prospect pipeline, including follow-ups and CRM data entry.

  • Aid in the development of outreach materials and documentation required for prospect engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for the outreach team. o Engage with corporate entities to explore CSR funding opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with CSR departments of corporations, aligning university projects with their CSR goals.
  • Support the creation of customized proposals for CSR partnerships and funding.

Research and Pipeline Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify new prospects in the IJHNI and HNI segments, both in India and overseas.
  • Gather intelligence and insights from various resources to enhance fundraising efforts.


Qualifications and Skills Required


  • Smart individual with ability to connect and drive conversation with prospective stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.


Compensation Range - 5LPA - 8LPA.
