This role requiresstrong full-stack expertise, experience with modern architectures, and the ability to guide teamsthrough delivery.Key Responsibilities● Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers● Participate in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems● Design and review system architecture, including microservices and microfrontendarchitectures● Develop and maintain scalable backend services● Work with cloud and server infrastructure, including AWS and aaPanel● Manage DNS configurations and mail servers (including GoDaddy DNS)● Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure timely project delivery● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards● Break down requirements into technical tasks and assist with sprint planning● Act as a technical point of contact between management and the engineering team● Coordinate with company leadership and the development team to align technicalexecution with business requirementsRequired Qualifications● 4–6 years of professional software development experience● Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Express.js● Hands-on experience with microfrontend and microservices architectures● Experience with Docker and container-based deployments● Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines● Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL (experience withadditional databases is a plus)● Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms● Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control● Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teamsCompensation₹4 – ₹8 LPA (based on skills and experience)How to ApplySend your resume and relevant project or GitHub and Portfolio links to hr@jerobyte.com
