Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead About the Role: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the implementation of end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and architecture best practices. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs in ServiceNow.Define and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and governance.Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and architecture best practices.Lead ServiceNow development teams in the delivery of custom applications and integrations.Ensure ServiceNow implementations meet business needs and compliance requirements. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow architect.Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and ServiceNow discovery.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
