As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Additionally, you will provide support and mentorship to the development team, conduct code reviews, and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.QualificationsSeveral years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsStrong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrationExperience leading and managing Salesforce development projectsProficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIsExcellent understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patternsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesSalesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Administrator, or Certified Salesforce Technical Architect are highly desirableExperience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
