Job Summary:We are looking for anexperienced Salesforce Lead to lead end -to -end Salesforceimplementation, customization, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidatewill possess deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC),and Salesforce administration, along with the ability to design scalable andsecure solutions. This role will also be responsible for mentoring junior teammembers, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving best practicesto establish and grow the Salesforce practice within the organization.Key Responsibilities●       Lead Salesforce configuration,administration, and development activities.●       Design, develop, and implementcustom solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.●       Manage and optimize profiles,roles, permission sets, and security●       Perform data migration andintegration using tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and SalesforceInspector●       Ensure system scalability,performance, and reliability.●       Collaborate with businessstakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions●       Provide mentorshipand guidance to junior Salesforce resources as the practice grows Required Skills & Qualifications●       Bachelor's/Master's inComputer Science, IT, or related field.●       10+ years of Salesforceexperience (Admin + Development).●       Strong expertise in Apex, LWC,SOQL, Batch Apex, Triggers, and FlowsProficiency with data loading andintegration tools (Data Loader, Inspector, Import Wizard)●       Solid knowledge of Salesforcesecurity model and governance limits.●       Experience in designingscalable Salesforce solutions and integrating with external systems.●       Excellent problem -solving andcommunication skillsPreferred / Nice to Have●       Salesforce CertifiedAdministrator and Certified Platform Developer I/II●       Experience with SalesforceCPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud●       Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOpstools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.)●       Previous experience in settingup or growing a Salesforce practice/teamWhat We Offer●       Opportunity to build and shapea new Salesforce practice from the ground up●       Competitive compensation andbenefits package●       Exposure to global projectsand enterprise clients●       Growth path into practiceleadership and architecture roles
