About Losung360 We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving 45 plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation. While in Demand Generation we serve to multiple brands like Haier, Symphony, Luminous, Crompton, Vguard, Lenskart etc. in their Demand Generation of Ecommerce via 3 service lines: 1. Cataloging 2. Digital Marketing 3. Visual Planning – content, images and video production In Demand Fulfilment we have our own network of 7 lakh sq ft PAN India where we service to multiple brands and ecommerce portals in fulfilment operations and distribution Job Description: Position: Client Acquisition Location: Gurgaon Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition- Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support in acquiring new clients for our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a good logical ability to understand processes, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients. The Client Acquisition Associate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Client Engagement 1. Initiate contact with potential clients to follow up and gather certain information to proceed further to take up the alignment. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. • Commercials Alignment & Onboarding 1. Preparation of Costing proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients. 2. Work closely with cross-functional departments i.e. Finance, Legal, Admin and operations team to smooth line the onboarding process 3. Close coordination with brand to complete the onboarding and start the business operations. • Achievement of Targets: 1. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets. 2. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition. • Documentation and Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM. 2. Prepare regular reports on client acquisition activities, successes, and challenges. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred). • Proven experience 2-5 yrs of experience. • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute effective business plans. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of the ecommerce industry and digital marketing trends is a plus.
