About the RoleThis is a senior marketing manager position that involves driving growth and engagement through innovative campaigns.ResponsibilitiesFocus on sustainable growth by building awareness of our products for customers and driving engagement beyond initial visit or app install.Ownership of the marketing process from strategy to execution. Drive user acquisition, retention and reactivation.Manage all marketing channels, including paid ads, marketing partnerships, organic efforts, social media, and content marketing.Bulk out outbound channels like Email and Whatsapp. Understand user feedback so we know what the customer is thinkingRequirementsAn MBA from a reputed institute5-7 years work experience in growth marketing for products, customer life cycle managementEstablished past experience with data driven campaigns, A/B testing, tracking and presenting success metricsTrack record in increasing users, engagement and revenueProven experience (with referrals) when it comes to collaborating with different teams, being able to build consensus, and leading projects to completionA head-turner when it comes to communication skills.
