Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Provider Growth Specialist to help grow our network of licensed mental health providers. This role focuses on outreach, recruitment, and engagement of therapists, counselors, and psychiatrists to join the Wellnite platform. You’ll play a key role in expanding our provider network and supporting Wellnite’s growth in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified mental health providers (therapists, counselors, psychiatrists). Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and job boards to engage prospective providers. Educate potential providers on Wellnite’s platform, benefits, and onboarding process. Manage recruitment pipelines using CRM/ATS tools. Coordinate interviews, information sessions, and onboarding support. Collaborate with the credentialing team to ensure smooth onboarding. Analyze recruitment data and recommend strategies for optimizing outreach and conversion. Support marketing initiatives for provider recruitment, including webinars and referral campaigns. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, or talent acquisition. Familiarity with behavioral health or telehealth preferred. Strong communication skills and comfort with outreach/sales conversations. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines simultaneously. Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse). Self-starter with a growth mindset and proactive attitude. Why Join Wellnite?
