This role involves talent sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, stakeholder management, and delivering a strong candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:● Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.● Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.● Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and timely reporting.● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.● Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.● Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.Why Join Us:● Be part of a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors.● Take ownership of a high-impact role and contribute to building India’s quickest home services platform.● Work with a passionate team that values results, energy, and innovation.
