Experience : 17 - 20 Yrs General Manager – Talent Acquisition Industry preference - Aerospace / Automotive / Embedded / IoT The General Manager – Talent Acquisition will spearhead the company’s end-to-end hiring strategy across domestic and overseas projects , ensuring a strong talent pipeline that supports global business expansion. This role requires a strategic TA leader with deep experience in scaling recruitment operations, employer branding, technology-driven hiring, and building high-performing TA teams. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning Develop and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy to support business objectives. Partner with leadership and BU heads to understand workforce needs and create annual hiring plans. Build long-term talent pipelines for critical roles and niche skill sets. Recruitment Operations Management Ensure hiring SLAs are met (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire). Drive diversity hiring initiatives across levels. Set performance KPIs and ensure continuous capability building within the team. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Negotiate contracts, fees, and evaluate vendor performance. Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent availability and market trends. Employer Branding Strengthen employer branding through digital platforms, social media, and partnerships. Lead initiatives to enhance candidate experience and company visibility. Oversee employee engagement campaigns for talent attraction. Optimize the recruitment tech stack (ATS, sourcing tools, assessments). Implement best practices for data-driven hiring and predictive talent analytics. Ensure compliance with labour laws, audit norms, and data privacy regulations. Present weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to management.
