Key Role in Partner Program Management:As a Global Lead for Microsoft Partner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing our partner program with Microsoft.Administer Microsoft Partner Center, including access management, customer access relationships, and commercial marketplace solution management.Manage commercial marketplace listings, readiness, health, and conversion.Lead tracking & referral submissions, SLAs, and data quality.Claim submissions, incentives, and earnings tracking.Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship.Issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries from the global business.Core Responsibilities:These include owning access management, AOBO, and customer access relationships within Microsoft Partner Center. You will also be responsible for managing commercial marketplace listings, their readiness, health, and conversion.Additional Tasks:You will lead tracking and referral submissions, ensure SLAs and data quality, process claim submissions, incentives, and earnings tracking, as well as handle Azure revenue tracking and revenue recognition stewardship.Strategic Positioning:This position requires strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.Critical Skills:Proficient understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs are executed.Experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies.Proven ability to contribute to teams operationalizing complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for growth, development, and continuous learning, making it an attractive choice for professionals seeking challenging careers.
