Provide support to business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities. Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out of the box functionality. Identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities. Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without customizations. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Keep up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommend appropriate new functionality when it becomes available.Key CompetenciesDeep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA). Ability to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios. Experience of customized solutions to complex business problems. Ability to communicate clearly with global colleagues. Demonstrable consultancy experience. Strong working knowledge of business processes and ER framework. Logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent attention to detail.Skills RequiredRelevant Microsoft certification. Requires 5+ yrs of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant. PMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and support. Fluent in English. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Qualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirable.],
