Job Opportunity: Dynamics 365 Technical ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 technical expert to join our team as a consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules, implementing custom entities and plugins, developing CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) to meet business needs.Implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations to enhance the user experience.Develop and enhance CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources to improve system functionality.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations to support business operations.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware to streamline processes.Required Skills & Experience:A minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Strong development experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, PCF Controls, Dataverse schema design & security, Solution Architecture, solution layering, and managed vs unmanaged solutions.Power Platform skills: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & BPF), Power Platform ALM/Pipelines.Integration & Azure skills: Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks & Azure Functions, Azure AD, OAuth2, and application registrations.
