Job TitleWe are seeking a Partner Program Lead to own and manage our strategic partnership with Microsoft, driving its success through access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, and claim submissions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy in alignment with our Microsoft alliance, incorporating tools and resources for optimal performance.Serve as the global lead for administration of Microsoft Partner Center, overseeing access management, AOBO, and customer access relationships.Manage commercial marketplace solutions, including listings, readiness, health, and conversion.Leverage sales leadership to track leads and facilitate referral submissions, ensuring effective flow routing, SLAs, and data quality.Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to submit claims and track incentives and earnings.Analyze Azure revenue and recognition stewardship to translate influenced consumption and licensing into actionable metrics.Resolve issues, address access requests, and provide ad hoc support to the global business, maintaining an issue register with root cause analysis and remediation.Offer insights and recommendations to senior management on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft programs.Coordinate Advanced Specialization processes with the PMO, including evidence collection, audits, renewals, and timeline management.Ensure market-facing integration by communicating with Marketing & Sales on lead performance, funnel progression, conversion rates, ACR influence, claims status, incentives attainment, and marketplace KPIs.Partner with reporting/analytics functions to design executive-ready dashboards and ensure data integrity and single-source truth.Monitor and interpret program changes, publishing internal updates and playbooks, briefing leadership, and maintaining internal guidance.Lead ongoing enablement on certifications vs. designations, competency gaps, renewal risks, and uplift plans, coordinating training calendars and exam support.Analyze trends, top deals, pipeline velocity, co-sell accept/convert rates, win rates, incentives leakage/disputes, and other metrics to identify actionable insights.Drive continuous process improvement and automation across Partner Center operations, documenting processes and preparing for internal audits.
