Responsibilities:Design end to end architecture for Servicenow GRC solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk ManagementDefine and implement GRC strategies, frameworks, and best practices.Lead GRC solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into scalable and sustainable GRC configurationsLead and mentor ServiceNow developers, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to architectural standardsCollaborate closely with developers to review code, configurations, and scripts for quality and complianceEnsure seamless integration of GRC with other ServiceNow modules and external systemsOversee configuration, customization, and scripting of GRC applicationsDefine data models, workflows, and risk scoring methodologiesEnsure GRC architecture aligns with enterprise security and compliance standardsSupport platform upgrades, patches, and solution optimizationConduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to design principlesEngage in proof of concept and prototype development for GRC enhancements.Qualifications:Minimum 10 yrs of IT experience, with at least 5 yrs on hands-on GRC experience.Certification: CIS – GRC(IRM) mandatoryCTA is a plusString understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and audit processes.Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow GRC with third party systemsDeep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and APIs.Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teamsAbility to balance strategic architecture planning with hands-on technical involvementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFamiliarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR and other compliance frameworks.
