Job Description:
This role is a functional PMO role with a blend of an execution and strategic mind-set.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing compliance aspects related to healthcare, payer accounts, and overall account management. This position requires expertise in Healthcare Compliance, ISO standards, contract management, Reporting and a strong project management background.
Hands on individual-deeply involved in the execution of each of the initiatives/programs.
Collaboration- ability to work with multiple stakeholders at ease.
High on influencing skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity.
Able to connect the dots- sees the bigger picture- strategic mind-set.

Key Responsibilities:
Healthcare Risk & Compliance :
Oversee and manage overall compliance for healthcare-related activities.
Handle compliance matters pertaining to payer accounts, different account management processes, and ISO/ISMS/SOC standards.
Exposure in HIPAA, HI Trust, ISO27001 & ISO 31000 framework
Manage and negotiate terms and conditions for larger global accounts.
Efficiently handle the entire Management Information System (MIS) for payer accounts, including attendance, revenue, P&L and data management.
Project Management Office (PMO) -Functional
Drive planning and mapping processes within the PMO.
Coordinate seat allocation, site strategy and logistical aspects of new business transitions.
Play a pivotal role in client coordination, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Manage customer visits and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in Healthcare Compliance and PMO roles.
Familiarity with ISO/ISMS/SOC/ HIPAA/ Hi Trust standards and contract management processes.
10+ years of U.S Healthcare experience is preferred and 17+ years of overall experience
Strong negotiation skills for handling larger global accounts.
Excellent project management skills, including planning and coordination.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, logistics, and project teams.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field/MBA
Certifications in Healthcare Compliance and Project Management are advantageous.
