Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Novel Office in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. They will collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Lead Generation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Sales Forecasting skills
- Experience in commercial real estate sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
