Formulation program manager

Play pivotal role in establishing new and large collaborations and Implement Project Management Processes and Systems as per the business need.
Manage the Program / Projects for Oral solid or Injectable formulations Drive development projects in Generic formulation projects (internal and with partners) from Initiation till approval.
To ensure project timelines in line with the business objectives (Cost, Time, Quality).
Should be able to coordinate with different functions effectively with to ensure that project deliverables are achieved.
Collaborate with various stakeholders like R&D/Regulatory/ SCM/Clinical/IPR/Analytical R&D.
Knowledge of process optimization studies of formulation & coordination with process development team To perform the technology transfer of formulations & prepare documents.
To be aware of c GMP guidelines, SOP’s & relevant guidelines Plan the project timelines in line with the business objectives (Cost, Time, Quality).
Map out the dependencies and critical path for the project Should have knowledge of different concepts of project management and the tools of project management to monitor the project effectively.
Collaborate with various stakeholders (R&D, Ops, Quality, SCM, Regulatory, Clinical) to execute the project activities in line with the plan Experience : Should be in Min 12 - 16 years in Pharma industry preferably in project/program management – Formulations.
Personal Attributes required: Should be energetic, possess good communication skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
Should be computer literate having good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP.
Should have working knowledge of MS project.
Should be a team player, can be contribute individually too.
