RALB Technologies is seeking a talented Junior Data Scientist & Python Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will apply your data science skills and Python expertise to develop and implement AI-driven solutions, with a particular focus on entity resolution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build models, and create efficient algorithms that address our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to prepare them for model development, with a focus on data quality and entity matching.

2. Model Development: Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for entity resolution and other data science tasks using Python and relevant libraries.

3. Entity Resolution: Develop and optimize entity resolution algorithms to identify and link related entities across diverse datasets.

4. Python Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for data processing, analysis, and model implementation.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, AI specialists, and other team members to integrate data science solutions into larger projects.

6. Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance, particularly for entity resolution tasks.

7. Reporting and Visualization: Create clear, insightful reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in data science and Python development.
