Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with hands-on expertise in DataRobot to drive advanced machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, evaluating, and operationalizing machine learning models using AutoML and MLOps platforms, and should be capable of translating model insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :


- Utilize DataRobot for end-to-end model development, deployment, and monitoring (AutoML + MLOps).

- Design and develop predictive models for business use cases using structured and unstructured data.

- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to define requirements, clean data, and build actionable insights.

- Communicate complex ML outputs and KPIs to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :


- 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.

- Proven, hands-on experience with DataRobot, including AutoML pipelines and MLOps components.

- Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data wrangling tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver high-quality outcomes.
